The Valley Catholic Music School is available for everyone from child to adult and all levels of experience. Summer music lessons can be a perfect time to start learning an instrument and are also encouraged to maintain all of the progress students make during the school year.

Summer music lessons are available June 15 – Aug. 31 with a six lesson minimum requirement. Lessons can be scheduled directly with an instructor for days and times that work best for both of you. Contact the Music School for more information or use the button to register today.

At Valley Catholic Music School, we believe that playing a musical instrument enhances and benefits our students’ lives. We provide an opportunity for every student to develop their musical talent in a fun, challenging and safe environment.

Our dedicated and talented instructors work with students of all ages and abilities. Students learn to read music, develop technique and theory, and discover different genres and composers from all over the world. Students also have the opportunity to share their musical talent with others through performance.

We are pleased to announce that Ms. Emily Pockat has agreed to begin teaching private music lessons at VC Music school. Emily has been the dynamic VCES Music Teacher for the past 7 years. We are excited to have her join us and share her specialties in Violin, Viola, Guitar and Ukulele. Emily will start this summer for anyone interested in taking lessons in those instruments.

Research has shown that dedication to learning an instrument through sustained attention and creative thinking builds classroom and academic skills. In addition, studying music increases cognitive skills through problem solving, goal setting and flexible thinking.

We look forward to being a part of your musical journey!
