About Maryville

Maryville Logo Service Since 1963 Final

Established by the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon in 1963, Maryville is a skilled rehabilitative and intermediate care facility in Beaverton, Oregon.

Maryville offers 24-hour nursing care provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. Maryville has 181 beds, including 16 for memory care and 52 for people who need short-term physical rehabilitation.

Since Maryville was founded, we have provided a warm and caring residence for those who need long-term skilled nursing care. Maryville provides an outstanding living environment and supports the health and social needs of men and women who need ongoing, caring attention.

Our Resident Care Managers (RCMs) oversee the care of the residents at Maryville. An individualized Plan of Care is developed for each resident, with input and consideration from the resident, family and an interdisciplinary team. The Plan of Care is reviewed and evaluated at least once per quarter, and as the resident’s condition changes. Residents come from all walks of life, including the medically indigent and others with limited ability to pay.

Today, Maryville also offers superb short-term physical rehabilitation. Residents enjoy private rooms and access to our lovely therapy courtyard, where men and women – in long-term and short-stay care – regain or build their skills for daily living.

We also provide compassionate memory care for those with Alzheimer’s and other related dementias.

Maryville’s commitment to you

Maryville nurses, care givers and staff members are committed to providing service with love.

Staff members demonstrate patience, understanding and compassion when working with residents and their families. Maryville treats the whole person – physical, spiritual and emotional.

Since Maryville was established by the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon, its mission to provide “Service with Love,” has never wavered. That’s why generations of families have trusted Maryville to care for their loved ones.

At Maryville, your family is our family.

Maryville also takes great pride in its commitment to operating in a legal and ethical manner. As the health care regulatory environment is quite complex, we pledge ourselves to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to achieve the highest ethical and professional standards.

As a part of Maryville’s commitment to corporate compliance, we have designated a Compliance Officer, have an ongoing commitment to improve our formal Corporate Compliance Plan and compliance committee meetings. The purpose of our Compliance Plan is to help us maintain the legal and ethical standards that govern our business activities and provide guidance to all of us who work at Maryville.
