About Maryville

"Maryville Service with love Since 1963"

Established by the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon in 1963, Maryville is a skilled nursing, rehabilitative and intermediate care community in Beaverton, Oregon.

Maryville provides 24 hour nursing care through a dedicated team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. The community includes 171 beds, including 16 memory care beds and 52 beds dedicated to short term physical rehabilitation.

Since its founding, Maryville has provided compassionate long term care in a welcoming environment where residents receive personalized support for their physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

Each resident’s care is overseen by a Resident Care Manager (RCM), who works alongside residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to develop an individualized Plan of Care. Care plans are reviewed regularly and updated as residents’ needs change. Maryville serves individuals from all walks of life, including those with limited financial resources.

Maryville also offers short term rehabilitation services designed to help residents regain strength and independence following illness, injury or surgery. Residents in rehabilitation enjoy private rooms and access to a therapy courtyard that supports recovery and daily living skills.

For residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, Maryville provides compassionate memory care in a supportive setting focused on dignity, safety and connection.
