Maryville Renovation Information

Our beloved Maryville has a rich history of serving the community since 1963. After more than 60 years of Service with Love for its residents and families, Maryville is getting a well-earned facelift.

The timely and transformational renovations will enhance our residents’ experiences – giving your loved ones more comfort and control. They also provide an opportunity to update a cherished home for generations to come, a home where love and compassion thrive.

Modernizing our facilities is one of the many ways Maryville fulfills its mission of providing “Service with Love.”

Renovation Timeline:
March 2024 – August 2025

Building upgrades to enhance residents’ comfort and control include:

  • In-room thermostats
  • New furnishings and fixtures
  • Upgraded washrooms

Current Progress – Phases 5 and 6 of 11 – August to October 2024

Location: Center Unit

Residents in rooms 208 – 223 have been moved to the East Wing to allow for construction in the Center Unit.

Phases 5 and 6 also includes renovations to the nurses station, common areas, public restrooms and the laundry room.
