Welcome to Valley Catholic School
The SSMO Foundation, in partnership with VCS, helps provide an exceptional and affordable Catholic education for VCS students. The SSMO Foundation serves and sustains the community care efforts of the Sisters while honoring their rich spiritual legacy founded more than 137 years ago. We fulfill this mission through a variety of programs including:
- Annual Fund: Bridging the Gap, GivingTuesday and Give:24
- VCS Gala and Light-a-Fire paddle raise
- Weston Challenge for tuition assistance
We rely on robust community participation in these activities to help maintain Valley Catholic’s priorities of affordability, operations and tuition assistance for students who need it. We encourage you to choose the opportunities that work best for you and your family. The Annual Fund and the VCS Gala are great ways to have fun and play an important role in the lives of young Valiants.

Each year, we ask every VCS family to make a contribution to help underwrite the costs associated with the VCS Gala. Collectively, your support of $25 or more allows us to offer travel excursions, both local and abroad. These amazing items will be featured at the VCS Gala on Saturday, Nov. 11 at Northwest Events in Hillsboro.
