Dean of Students Krista Gram named next principal of Valley Catholic High School

The Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon Ministries Corporation has named Krista Gram as the next principal of Valley Catholic High School (VCHS), effective for the 2026-27 school year.

Gram currently serves as dean of students at Valley Catholic High School and has worked in both teaching and administrative roles on campus for the past 12 years. A graduate of VCHS and a current parent at Valley Catholic Elementary School, she brings both professional experience and a personal connection to the school community.

“Krista embodies the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon charism, mission, vision and core values,” said Sister Adele Marie Altenhofen, president of the Sisters of St. Mary Ministries Corporation. “I know her to be a person of integrity and virtue who keeps her cool, tackling the tasks at hand while also seeing the whole ‘court,’ just as she did some years ago when I observed her prowess as point guard of the VCHS girls basketball team. I know that Krista will provide what is needed at this time of transition and am beyond grateful that she is willing to accept my offer to serve as the next leader of VCHS.”
