Facilities Maintenance Director

Dan Polidori

Dan Polidori has been the Facilities Maintenance Director for the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon Ministries Corporation since 2006. He oversees the maintenance, functioning and day-to-day operations of the mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, vertical transportation, roads, parking lots, grounds keeping and fire/life safety systems of the campus and campus buildings in addition to providing contractor oversight for campus construction and renovation projects. He leads a team of five maintenance personnel and oversees the custodial department for the Convent and Valley Catholic Schools. 

Prior to joining the Ministries Corporation team, Dan was the Operations Manager for Pioneer Place Shopping Center and Pioneer Office Tower, a mixed-use development in downtown Portland, where he provided oversight for the Maintenance, Custodial and Security departments as well as coordinating all tenant design and construction. He was involved with the Portland Business Alliance, the Portland Police Bureau, the Portland Fire Bureau, the Joint Terrorism Task Force, Downtown Clean and Safe and the Mayor’s office.

Dan graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Music degree. He performs professionally in several musical groups and is an artistic photographer specializing in vintage cameras and film photography.
