Please fill out this form for each VCES student that will be absent from school, arriving late, or departing early from school. 

Attendance will be unexcused if the office is not notified by the parent. Once you submit the form, you will receive a copy of your response and the VCES office will be notified.

Parents must come into the office to sign out or in any VCES students.
