Beatrice Perera is Maryville’s Employee of the Month for June.
Beatrice has been providing “Service with Love” to Maryville residents for 20 years. She is a wonderful CNA.
Beatrice is quiet and dependable. You do not normally hear much from her, but you know her residents are always well cared for by her. Her nurses also know her very well, a recent charge nurse said, “She is a 5 stars CNA. Beatrice is always on time. She provides amazing care to residents and makes sure their hygiene is top notch. She does everything from shaving and cleaning residents carefully to even washing compression stockings. Beatrice never grumbles if her assignment changes; she is always ready to help and do the extra work for the team.”
Beatrice has all the qualities of an excellent CNA. Maryville’s residents and staff are blessed to have her on our team!
