Congratulations to Felipe Echevarria – Maryville’s Employee of the Month for October 2025.
Felipe has been a part of Maryville for more than 10 years. He started here as a CNA and met the love of his life the very same year here at Maryville and the rest is history.
Felipe is a persistent and hard worker. He went to Nursing school in 2021 and completed his nursing program. He is a team player and willing to work in other units when needed. Felipe does not complain when he is asked to do additional nursing tasks.
He is great about asking questions when needed and he is always on time for his scheduled shift. Felipe has been a favorite of our residents for many years and they complement how great he cares for each of them.
Felipe illuminates each day and brings a deep display of compassion and care to all of his residents and peers. He is always ready and willing to make a difference and make it a better day. His outstanding performance is an inspiration to us all.
Maryville is lucky and blessed to have Felipe here.Â
