7 Ways to Get Involved with the VCS Gala
Register today for the Valley Catholic School Gala. This community celebration — now in its 29th year — brings our campus together to support students from early learning through high school. Your participation helps ensure proceeds directly benefit Valley Catholic School.
The Gala season begins by getting the entire Valley community involved (alumni included) through volunteering, item and experience donations, giving and sponsorships. It culminates with a week-long online auction and caps off on Nov. 8, with an elegant evening of fun, fellowship and silent and live auction bidding.
The next few months will be a joyful time for Valley Catholic families to give and serve together for our shared purpose:

We are well underway and your support makes all the difference! In fact, here are seven ways you can be a part of the VCS Gala today.
7 Ways to be a Part of the VCS Gala
- Volunteer: Many hands make light work. We are planning a great event this year and your help will be gratefully received. From helping procure auction items and decorations to pitching in during the weekend of the event – simply click the Volunteer link for Gala sign-up lists. You can even rally your friends to sign-up with you, meet fellow VCS parents, and share your ideas and expertise.
- Sponsor: Sponsorship is a wonderful way for businesses to make connections or for families to host a table. We rely on generous sponsors every year to underwrite the Gala’s expenses. Sponsors allow 100% of Gala giving to go directly back to Valley Catholic Schools’ education, programs, student and faculty needs.
- Donate an Auction Item: Donating items for our auctions, such as vacation home stays, wine tasting experiences, hand-made art, gift cards, and sports tickets, make the VCS Gala an enriching experience for everyone. If you have an item you would like to donate for our auctions, we want to hear! No item too big or too small.
- Give $50: A $50 cash donation helps procure one-of-kind experiences for bidding – make that $100 if your employer matches.
- Register: Join the celebration of Valley Catholic Schools by registering for the Gala. Gather friends to make it a memorable evening of the 2025-26 school year.
- Bid Online: One week before the Gala, start the bidding on one-of-kind procured trips, experiences, curated packages and hand-crafted gifts from the comfort of your home.
- Light-a-Fire: Through tuition assistance, Light-a-Fire helps provide access to a Valley Catholic education for the 1 in 4 students who qualify for tuition assistance. Your donation creates new and exciting opportunities for students, keeps classrooms full, promotes inclusion, and maintains consistency for families in need.

Everyone is welcome at our Gala Committee Meetings. If you are interested in learning more and being a part of Gala brainstorming sessions, please join us. All meetings are held in the Sisters’ Motherhouse on Fridays, beginning at 8:15 a.m.
