  • How to apply the two S’s of Resiliency: Struggle and Support
  • How to teach your kids five steps for solving problems
  • How to build your child’s mental strength and well-being while decreasing the chances that they will be plagued by anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges.

About Dr. Charles Fay:

Charles Fay, Ph.D. is the President of the Love and Logic Institute, Inc. Dr. Fay is also a parent, author and consultant to schools, parent groups and mental health professionals around the world. He has done extensive work in:

  • Assessment of child and adolescent learning, emotional, and behavioral problems
