Dear VCELS Families,

Spring has arrived! What a beautiful time of the year to be on our campus. Our students have been enjoying more time outside, walking, playing, observing and enjoying the weather. 

During April, we celebrated the Week of the Young Child with fun activities each day. We played all sorts of instruments on Music Monday, brought in some farm fresh veggies for the students to sample on Tasty Tuesday, we worked together as a school on Wednesday reading to our toddlers, had some creative art projects on Artsy Thursday, and focused on our families on Family Friday. 

We were fortunate to spend time with the Sisters last month and enjoyed every minute! We celebrated SSMO Heritage month by having the Sisters over for a fabulous tea party. Earth day was celebrated with our preschoolers and Sisters planting seeds together in our garden. 

We are looking forward to May Crowning this month with our high school friends!
