Maryville, our beautiful and loving home for so many people since 1963, is undergoing a transformation. These timely projects are underway and will run through August of 2025. All of the work is specifically-designed to enhance residents’ experience and further Maryville’s mission of providing “Service with Love.”
The renovations at Maryville will focus on enhancing the residents’ living experience by offering residents greater comfort and control over their surroundings. Central to this effort is implementing room temperature personalization, ensuring residents can adjust their environment to their preferences. The renovation includes new furnishings and fixtures for most resident rooms and upgraded washroom facilities.
Maryville will remain open and accepting new residents throughout the construction timeline. Staff members will work directly with residents and family members to prepare them for each phase of the project.
