Marcella has been with Maryville for more than two years. She is a blessing because she consistently shows dedication, skill, and compassion in everything she does.
Marcella is flexible, encouraging, and quick to help without being asked. Her strong communication skills and positive personality make her a joy to work beside. We really admire the consistent effort she puts into engaging with and encouraging our residents. Whether it’s by reading them books, exercising with them, or just listening to them, Marcella always shows how deeply she cares about what she does.
Even when she is faced with challenging residents, she will keep finding ways to approach the situation and find a solution. As one resident put it, “She just jumps in and helps”, and that spirit is exactly what makes her such an incredible employee.
