Patricia Frasco-Rodriguez, a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in Maryville’s Memory Care Unit, has been honored as the June 2017 Employee of the Month.
Patricia, who joined Maryville in 2001, became a CNA after re-locating to Oregon from California. She said, “working at Maryville feels right to me. This is a good place to be.”
Director of Nursing Mylene Cepeda noted, “Patricia is a valuable staff member of Maryville’s memory care unit. She knows her residents very well and their faces light up when they see her. She takes extra care in the small details that make her residents feel special.”
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter who attends Valley Catholic Elementary School. She volunteers as a coach for the CYO track and field team at the elementary school and accompanies her daughter in her extra-curricular activities such as track and field, taekwando and swimming. She also volunteers at St. Cecilia Catholic Church.
