Administrative Assistant | Laurie Johnsen is the Administrative Assistant at Valley Catholic High School. With nearly three decades of experience in education, Laurie brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and a genuine love for students, families, and colleagues. Before joining Valley Catholic, she spent 28 years as an elementary teacher including 21 years in Catholic education. She created welcoming classrooms and helped students grow academically and personally. Laurie is passionate about building positive relationships and making every student and family feel valued and supported.
Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, exploring waterfalls, baking, singing along with the newest musicals, and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
