The Rosary
October is the month of the Rosary. You might be thinking, “I love the Rosary,” or you may be sighing as you say, “I cannot get through the Rosary without falling asleep.”
Some people are devoted to the Rosary, while others have not discovered its beauty. Wherever you are with the Rosary, it is totally okay. Whether you pray it every day, pray it only in times of trouble, or play hide and seek with it, it is all good.
The Rosary can be a great way to chat with Mary and meditate on the mysteries of faith. So, take some time this October to think about the place the Rosary has in your life.

St. Therese of Lisieux
St. Therese of Lisieux (1873-1897) was a French Carmelite who is venerated in modern times. She is known as the “Little Flower” in English and as “la petite Thérèse” in French.
St. Therese has been a highly influential model of sanctity for Catholics and others due to the simplicity and practicality of her approach to spiritual life. She is one of the most popular saints in the history of the Catholic Church.
St. Therese felt an early call to religious life and became a nun when she was 15 years old. She joined two of her older sisters in a cloistered Carmelite community. St. Therese died at the age of 24 from tuberculosis.
