English, Math and Speech and Debate | Phoebe Bellisario-Fine teaches English, Math, and Speech and Debate at VCMS. Phoebe has been an Oregonian her whole life. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon. After teaching in Europe, she found her passion for teaching. She earned her Masters in Teaching at George Fox University, along with an Oregon teaching license in Secondary Social Studies. She started her teaching career at a small religious school in Newberg by being the 6th grade lead teacher. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, watching tv, and going on hikes with her husband and her dog, Rusty.
