Employee of the Month: Michael Enriquez
Michael Enriquez began working at Maryville Memory Care in August of 2019 as a Caregiver and Med. Tech. Michael is the youngest of five siblings. He is married and has one daughter named Anika. He loves to cook, the outdoors, trail biking, enjoys basketball and, as his wife puts it, is a “sneaker head.” Michael loves to work with the elderly population.
Michael is an anchor to the team in Memory Care. We can always count on him to help out his co-workers, engage the residents in meaningful activities, and it is clear that the care he provides comes from the heart. He is reliable, dedicated, and always has a smile on his face. It is always a pleasure to work with Michael and his work is truly valued by all.
