SSMO Legacy Scholarship: Honoring 130+ Years of Educational Ministry

Vcs Sisters On Porch Blessing Honor Walk Landscape

The Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon (SSMO) have been enriching lives through education for more than 130 years, leaving a lasting legacy on the Valley Catholic community. The SSMO Legacy Scholarship honors both the Sisters who have served and those who continue to serve in the ministry of education on our campus.

This scholarship is open to current Valley Catholic students in elementary, middle, and high school who meet the following criteria:

  • Have completed at least one year at Valley Catholic
  • Demonstrate clear financial need
  • Show academic achievement
  • Receive confirmation of their contributions to the VCS community from their Principal or Vice Principal

The SSMO Legacy Scholarship is a beautiful way to honor the Sisters' transformative ministry while supporting students who embody these core values in their everyday lives.

Applications are due Jan. 10.
