Employee Information

Open Enrollment 2026

Open enrollment for 2026 benefits is Nov. 10 – Nov. 21. Open enrollment is passive this year.

  • No action is required for most employees – if you are keeping your current benefits and not enrolling in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for Medical or Dependent Care.
  • If you do not make any changes, your current benefits election will automatically roll forward into 2026 with the new costs for the plan year.

Action is required for:

  • New hire employees who are enrolling for the first time.
  • Employees who wish to enroll or reenroll in the FSA (Flexible Spending Account), Medical or Dependent Care for 2026.
  • Employees who need to make any changes to their current benefits elections or dependent or beneficiary information.

Take a few minutes before open enrollment begins to make sure you know your Paycom login information. Including your username and password.

We recommend that every benefit-eligible employee login to Paycom and enroll in their benefits during this time period to view changes and confirm that your dependents and beneficiaries are listed correctly, but this is not required if you are currently enrolled and not making any changes.
