Maryville Renovation Information

Great news! Maryville’s renovation is almost complete. The original project, scheduled to conclude in August will be wrapped up in June.

Our beloved Maryville has a rich history of serving the community since 1963. After more than 60 years of Service with Love for its residents and families, Maryville is getting a well-earned facelift.

The timely and transformational renovations are enhancing our residents’ experiences – giving your loved ones more comfort and control. They also provide an opportunity to update a cherished home for generations to come, a home where love and compassion thrive.

Modernizing our facilities is one of the many ways Maryville fulfills its mission of providing “Service with Love.”

March 2024 – June 2025

Building upgrades to enhance residents’ comfort and control include:

  • In-room thermostats
  • New furnishings and fixtures
  • Upgraded washrooms

Construction is residents’ rooms is complete! All residents have been settled into their rennovated rooms.

The final phases include final carpeting and renovations to common areas.
