Susan Fu
Fine Arts Department Head, Visual Arts/Sculpture and STEM Teacher
Visual Arts and STEM Teacher | Susan Fu joined Valley Catholic Middle School in 2022 and teaches Visual Arts/Sculpture and STEM. She holds a master’s degree in Education with endorsements in Art and Mandarin from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from National Taiwan Normal University. In addition to her teaching career, she is a professionally trained Le Cordon Bleu chef and a practicing potter. She and her family relocated from Los Angeles to Oregon in 2021 and have loved living here ever since. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new foods, traveling, and watching TV series and movies.
