Melissa Iserson

STEM Department Chair and Computer Science


Director of Design Thinking and Computer Science | Melissa Iserson is the Director of Design Thinking, the STEM Department Chair and teaches math and STEM classes. She graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and spent time working for a global management and technology consulting company prior to pursuing her teaching career. After building her technology background, Melissa earned a Master’s degree in teaching at University of Portland. She is a passionate teacher who enjoys working with students of all ages. Melissa is a Digital Citizenship Certified educator by Common Sense Media’s Digital Citizenship program. Outside of teaching, Melissa enjoys running, hiking, traveling, camping, spending time with her family and friends, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
