Megan “Oz” Panek
Spanish Teacher
Spanish Teacher | Oz Panek joined Valley Catholic Middle School in 2024 as the 6th and 7th grade Spanish teacher. Oz first fell in love with the Spanish language and culture during her year of college abroad in Granada, Spain. She has also lived in Mexico where she taught disadvantaged youth with the Save the Children organization, and traveled through Central and South America. Oz worked for a
non-profit organization training service dogs for people with disabilities for seven years. In 2022, she received her Master of Arts in Teaching from Pacific University.
In her free time, Oz enjoys rock climbing, playing soccer, reading and exploring the great outdoors with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
