First Grade Teacher | Karen Tucker rejoined the Valley Catholic Community in 2022 and is excited to be the first grade teacher at VCES. She was previously a teacher at VCELS. Karen has a bachelor’s degree in child and adolescent development from San Jose State University and an MEd. in curriculum and instruction from George Fox University. She has taught kindergarten, third grade, and PS-2nd English at a Mandarin immersion school. When Karen is not at school, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
