Jade Delplanche
6th Grade Religion Teacher and Middle School Band Director
Religion and Band Teacher | Jade Ward joined Valley Catholic Middle School in 2023. She is the 6th grade religion teacher and a Middle School Band Director. In 2018, Jade moved from New Mexico to Oregon to attend the University of Portland. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Instrumental Music Performance from the UP in 2022, and graduated with her Masters in the Art of Teaching (MAT). She has been participating in various music ensembles since her early childhood when she fell in love with music. Jade is also a lifelong Catholic who has developed a strong faith and connection to the Church. When not teaching, she can be found practicing her clarinet, playing with her cat, or spending time with family and friends.
