Eric Pennick
Honors Math and Science Teacher
Honors Math and Science | Eric began teaching at Valley Catholic in 2020. After spending nearly 20 years in sales and management Eric decided to follow is his love for children and become a teacher. He received his master’s in the art of teaching form Concordia University in 2019. Eric is married and has two kids with his youngest a third grader at Valley Catholic. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, exercising, the beach, anything outdoors and coaching his daughter’s sports teams. “I feel blessed to be a part of such a great community here at Valley Catholic and look forward to working with these amazing students”.
