Spanish Teacher | Courtney Geller’s passion for the Spanish language began in middle school and continued into college while studying and working abroad in Madrid, Spain. Courtney earned a BA in Spanish and English at University of California, Santa Barbara. She then spent time in the corporate world, working in educational publishing. Recently, Courtney earned a Master’s in Teaching from George Fox University with endorsements in Spanish, English, and ESOL. As a mother of three, Courtney recognizes the importance of language learning in improving cognitive development and for fostering a positive attitude towards other languages and cultures. She loves good food, spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
