Library and Computer Instructional Assistant | Cathy was born and raised in Omaha, Neb. She moved to Oregon to finish her education. She met her husband Jack here and eventually made Oregon her home – raising both of her children here. Her daughter Laura attended St. Mary of the Valley and Valley Catholic School, graduating 1999. Laura lives in Colorado with her husband and daughter, Lilah. Cathy’s son, Jack is married and has one son, Brandon.

Cathy worked in the insurance industry as an underwriter and manager for most of her career. She retired from insurance four years ago.  In her spare time Cathy is a writer. She has had more than 225 articles published on several different Catholic websites, has written a number of short stories and just finished writing her second book.
