Catherine Sand
Third Grade Teacher
Third Grade Teacher | Catherine officially joined Valley Catholic Elementary School in September 2022. She is excited to return to Valley Catholic where she was a long-term substitute in the Spring of 2021. Growing up in Beaverton, she attended Catholic school from Kindergarten through college. Catherine received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Portland. Before coming to Valley Catholic, Catherine taught Kindergarten at St. Rose Catholic School in Portland. In her free time, Catherine enjoys traveling, playing piano, baking, and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to joining the Valley Catholic community.
