Brenna Brown

Dean of Academics and English Department Chair | Brenna Brown is the Valley Catholic High School Dean of Academics and chair of the English department. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English, as well as her licensure and certification in secondary education, at the University of Iowa and went on to earn a master’s of science in curriculum and instruction at Portland State University. Brenna joined Valley Catholic’s faculty in 1999 as an English teacher and continues to teach AP English Literature and Composition to seniors. When she isn’t grading student essays, Brenna may be found reading, cooking, camping, or walking her poorly behaved dog with her well-behaved husband.
