Jan. 10 | Application and Financial Aid deadline

Jan. 29 | Applicant Transcripts and Recommendations Due

March 7 | Decision Letters Emailed and Mailed

Application Package includes:

An application via Finalsite starting Oct. 28
Transcripts and standardized test scores from the last two years (if available or a written explanation as to why these are not part of the file)
Health Information Form
Learning Needs Profile (if a student has been formally diagnosed with a learning difference/disability)

Valley Catholic Middle School will not be hosting an Open House. We encourage applicants to attend one of our weekly Applicant Visitation Days and Parent Information Sessions. The Applicant Visitation Days and Parent Information Sessions will include an introduction to the VCMS program, a campus tour, and a Q & A session for parents, and the students will continue their Applicant Visitation Day after their initial arrival to campus. (Applicants and their families should arrive at VCMS at 8:00a.m. The Parent portion of the day ends at 9:45 a.m., and the Student visit ends at 3:20 p.m.)
