Annessa Moon

Annessa Moon is the Human Resources Director for the Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon (SSMO) Ministries Corporation. In that role, Annessa provides leadership and guidance in employee advocacy, recruitment and retention, benefits administration, workforce management, and compensation analysis.

Annessa has 16 years of experience advising and counseling employees at all levels on policies, conflict resolution, and developing compensation packages and salary analysis.

Before joining the SSMO Ministries Corp. Annessa served in the logistics, warehouse management and manufacturing industries. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Portland State University.

Annessa, an ardent lover of all things Disney, and she’s been happily married for 22 years. Annessa and her husband enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
